How are other users sending out information for date and time for Telehealth appointment.

Hi @lesliegeorge57.  Many of our Practice Fusion users are utilizing the premium reminder solution that automatically will send appointment reminders for telehealth appointments.  Another common workflow we hear is to have someone from your office text the patients the day of via Secure text.

I’ll be interested in additional users’ feedback around this area!
