The Updox Community includes users from across the country and we are all in this together. Debate and difference of opinions can be constructive, but let’s treat each other with respect. Our goal is to create an engaging inclusive experience to help all users learn and grow.
No hate speech or bullying
Please do not use any discriminatory language, personal attacks, or degrading comments about issues, such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity. These actions will not be tolerated.
Original content only
We want to see all of the content, training materials, and documents you create. Actually, this is our #1 priority! Just make sure they were created by your organization, and not borrowed from someone else. If you share a public resource - please hyperlink to the original content to ensure proper reference/attribution is given.
No promotion or spam
Sharing triumphs is important, celebrated and encouraged. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links are not.
No sharing of private information
Please refrain from sharing personal information (telephone numbers, email addresses, etc.) of yourself, other people or companies.
HIPAA and PHI
Please follow all HIPAA regulations and don't share any patient information.
No multiple accounts
It is not allowed to own multiple accounts on this community. If the Community Team detects double accounts all secondary accounts will be banned.
Keep it relevant
There will be many different conversations and topics shared within the Updox Community. However, if a post strays considerably off-topic, it may be removed to keep discussions on track.
The Community Team reserves the right to change or remove content or to restrict access to individual users, as necessary. It is not allowed to discuss any Moderation actions in public, should you disagree with an action taken, please contact a Moderator or the Community Manager via private message.
All users on this community are here to help, however nobody can be held responsible for any negative consequences resulting out of information derived from this community.
The Updox Community is not an extension of our Support Team, as representatives do not monitor the Community.
