You asked and we listened! Based on your request, we made an enhancement to our web app that allows users to route multiple items in one step. By selecting the checkbox next to multiple items and selecting “Route,” users can route these items all at once to a specific user or queue. Let us know what you think about it!

@Ash I just saw this post today… 4 months late…. This could be a real time saver for us… I’m not sure I’m not sure I’m following these steps correctly.  I looked but did not find a tip sheet on this.  Please advise.  Thanks!

@rgoodemote  I think seeing it will help, and I agree, this is a huge timesaver!  On the left side of any item you’ll see a checkbox.  Simply check the items you’d like to route, then use the option at the top to route them all simultaneously.
